Engine 12 and it's twin Engine 13 were the first brand new engines purchased by the department. Engine 12 is first due for fires, rescue and all BLS/ALS calls. Engine12 carries Phoenix rescue tools, Cairns Pioneer SCBA, along with a full complement of EMS equipment and a defibrillator.

Ladder 12 is the primary ladder company for Center Township. This truck had an off-chassis complete refurb in 2003 and is basically new from the cab back. Ladder 12 originally served as St. Louis, Missouri's Ladder Company 6 prior to it's purchase by Center Township.

Snorkel 13 responds from Center Townships southside station on all structure fires. Due to Center Township's combination status, Snorkel 13 is sent north whenever Engine 12 responds to a fire run. This provides the fastest on-scene response of a ladder and engine company.

Center Township Emergency Services Station 12 -
This firehouse was located on the northwest side of Muncie just north of IN-332. It served as CTES Headquarters and was home to Engine 12, Engine 14, Ladder 12 and a brush truck.
