Northeast Allen County Fire NEACFE is a community-based volunteer department that was formed by the merger of Grabill and Cedar Canyons VFD's in 2005. NEACFE provides Fire, Tactical Rescue and EMS response from it's three stations. The department now protects approximately 23,000 residents and 90 square miles in Northeast Allen County. |
