Hartford City Fire Department

Hartford City is located 75 miles northeast of Indianapolis at the crossroads of IN-26 and IN-3. This combination department includes 7 full-time and 21 volunteer members. HCFD provides fire and rescue protection to Hartford City and Jackson, Licking and Washington townships within the county. They also provide rescue services throughout Blackford County.
