Located in Downtown Lebanona as part of the Public Safety Building, Station 1 serves as department headquarters and is home
to Engines 11 & 14, Rescue 11, Squad 11 and the Battalion Chief. The height of this station has necessitated that the light bars

After three large structure fires in consecutive years, the department was finally able to purchase their first aerial device in 1998.
After a complete refurb at RPI (including enclosing the former open cab), this rig was placed into service in 2000. It was replaced
by the Spartan/Rosenbauer aerial above in the early 2009. If Ladder 12 looks familiar, that is because it was purchased from
nearby Pike Township in Indianapolis. It continued to run with it's original Pike Township colors and number until it's retirement.
