Center
Township Center Township's Fire District is a small donut-shaped band around the City of Muncie in Delaware County. Center Township Emergency Services operates from two stations that protect residential, rural, commercial, and industrial areas. Center Township is currently a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status protecting ten square miles of area 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In 2000 the township trustees opted to create it's own fire department instead of continuing its service contract with Munice |
