| Carmel Fire Department Station 44 - East 131st Street - East Originally built in 1981, this firehouse can no longer effectively house all of the personnel needed to run this station. Much like Station 42 before it, it will soon be demolished and replaced with a new station being built on the same location with siginificantly more interior room. |
