Engine 94 pumping for a live burn

In April 2006, Engine 94 served as the pumper for a live burn to help finish off a home that had been used for fire
investigation training during FDIC 2006. Tanker 91 also kept busy running across 116th Street to keep the dump tanks filled.

FFD OS Rain
On October 4, 2006 Fishers was hit with a massive thunderstorm. In a 10-minute span, the ensuing lightning started three
separate house fires in Fishers and two more in nearby Westfield. Every FFD unit was dispatched to at least one of the fires
while mutual aid was required by Lawrence Township and Noblesville to assist on scenes and to cover Fishers stations.
 
Engine 92 rain
Engine 92 was the first Aerial truck on scene and extended an attack line. However, there was little damage to the home and any fire appeared to have been halted by the pouring rain.
 
Engine 98 rain
Reserve Engine 98 (subbing in as E-91) was first-in and confirmed that no fire was extending into the structure.
