Volunteer Fire Department

The small town of Wilkinson is located north of I-70 along IN-109 in northeastern Hancock County. Established in 1957, WVFD provides Fire, Rescue, and BLS protection for the Town of Wilkinson and parts of Brown Township . WFD is staffed with 25 trained and professional volunteers who protect approximately 400 residents and 36 square miles.
