The hamlet of Needham is located 28 miles South South-west of Indianapolis in eastern Johnson County. It's fire station is located in the very northern part of Needham Twp, nearly in Clark Township. Established in 1962, NCVFD's all-volunteer department provides Fire and Rescue protection to their largely rural response area.
