Located in the relatively new US-41 Industrial Park on the city's southside, this station was built in 2004 on land set aside by the developer just for a firehouse. Station 10 is manned 24/7 and is home to Engine, Brush and Hazmat 10.

While still lettered as Engine 71, this apparatus has a history. E-71 was the first new rig purchased by VTFD. In 1992, it was
sold to an oil refinery in Lawrenceville Illinois which has since closed. The truck was given to the Lawrenceville FD when the
refinery closed in 1996, and then given back to Vincennes Twp in 2001. In 2004 it was reassigned from Engine 71 to Hazmat 10.
The truck now carries some bulky hazmat gear in it's hosebed and still runs like a champ!

Special Thanks to Kevin Benton at Station 10 for his help in arranging the rigs for these pictures!
