Plain Township Fire Department The Town of Leesburg is located 52 miles southeast of the South Bend along IN-15 in north-central Kosciusko County. Established in 1879, the department includes 30 all-volunteer members who respond from a single station. PTFD provides Fire and Rescue protection to The Town of Leesburg and Plain Township. |
