Station 2

The City of Warsaw is located 50 miles southeast of South Bend at the crossroads of US 30 & SR 15. Established in 1912, this combination department of 30 career FF & 17 volunteer FF operate out of two stations in the city of Warsaw. WFD provides Fire, Rescue, Tactical Rescue & Medical First Responder protection to the 38,000 residents of the City of Warsaw and Wayne Township.

Warsaw Fire Station 2 - 2204 E. Center Street
Located on the city's east side, this firehouse is now home to Truck 1, Engines 1& 3, Rescue 2, Brush 106 and Utility 107.

This apparatus was replaced in April 2009 after nearly 23 years of frontline service.

This apparatus replaced Engine 1 in April 2009 and is the first-due Engine Company from Station 2.

Rescue 2 - 1998 International 4900/KME walk-around Medium Rescue
R-2 is first-out on all car accidents and EMS assist calls from Station 2. It carries Amkus Extrication Equipment, various
hand tools, an AED and medical supplies.
