The Town of Hanna is located 71 miles southeast of Chicago along US-30 is southeastern LaPorte County. Organized in 1915, this all-volunteer department has 24 active members. Hanna Township Fire Rescue provides Fire, Rescue & Medical First Responder Protection to 1200 residents living in an area of 45 square miles.

E-441 is first out on all fire calls and MVA's. It carries a set of TnT Extrication Tools.
Rescue 461 - 1995 Freightliner FL60/Marque
Rescue 461 was purchased used and was in the shop for lights and decals at the time of the photoshoot. When Rescue 461 enters service in the summer of 2009, it will be first-out on medical calls.If the extrication equipment is transfered from E-441, it will then respond first-out on all MVA calls as well. R-461 carries cribbing, airbags, various medical supplies and an AED.
