Volunteer Fire Department


The Town of Kingsford Heights is located just south of Laporte along US-35 and IN-6 in southern Laporte County. This all-volunteer department includes 15 members who provide Fire, Rescue and Medical First-Responder protection to 2,500 residents and 36 square miles including the Town of Kingsford Heights and Union Township.
