Richland Township is located 45 miles Northeast of Indianapolis along IN-9 just north of Anderson in Madison County. RTVFD is comprised of thirty members that respond from a single station with seven pieces of firefighting apparatus and two ambulances. RTVFD provides Fire, Rescue and BLS protection to nearly 5,100 residents and 27.7 square miles in their rural and suburban district.
