foam Engine 11's unique graphics celebrated Indianapolis hosting the 2002 World Police and Fire Games. This rig was originally purchased by the City after it was used as a promotional engine for the games. It was supposed to be repainted in 2002, but kept these same colors until it was finally returned to IFD's white-over-red in July 2006. |

| With the merger of Washington Township in October 2006, a single EMS Duty Officer was no longer sufficient. The existing Car 1222 was reassigned to Station 16 as the "Northside" EMS Duty Officer, while Car 1223 was created as the "Southside" EMS Duty Officer still responding from Station 11. |
