Originally planned as a Heavy Rescue Demonstration unit, Horton worked with members of station 6 to custom configure
this rig for optimum Support capabilities. TSU 6 now responds to all working fires, water rescues and Hazmat incidents
throughout Battalion 2's area.

This rig pulls the department's Jon Boat and Zodiac to all top water, swift water and ice rescues. Inside it carries dive
equipment and dry suits for all water incidents. One person is pulled off the Ladder to drive this rig and the boats to all
incidents throughout the Township. When Divers are needed, either IFD 14 or Fishers' Dive Teams can be called in for support.

Ambulance 6 was one of the first four ambulances run under the IFD EMS department.
It is staffed with a civilian Paramedic and EMT 24/7.
