At 12:06pm Engine 661 was dispatched to 4200 South East Street to the Kroger parking lot for a vehicle fire. Upon their arrival
Engine 661 found fully involved truck leaking fuel with propane and propane accessories in the bed of the truck. They requested
TSU 664 for oil dry. Engine 661 decided that the leak was to fast and much for the TSU to hade. They requested an IFD HazMat repose to assist with the leak and spill.

Once Battalion 6 arrived he requested a second engine which brought in Engine 664. HazMat Box 73 was dispatched at 12:14pm bringing in Engine, Tactical, and Squad 13. Engine 661 stared pouring oil dry around the drain that the gas was flowing down.

Upon arrival Engine 13 was instructed by command to pull a line and start extinguish the truck fire. Perry Fire Fighters took over suppression. Box 73 started to lay down absorbent sand and pads around the storm drain that fuel was draining down. Once Engine 664 arrived command instructed them to lay out a 5 inch supply line to supply Engine 661 with water.

The owner of the truck was never found and the truck was registered out of state.

Units on the run:
