Martin County Ambulance

The Town of Loogootee is located 110 miles southwest of Indianapolis in central Martin County. MCEMS includes 39 members with 10 being full-time. One crew is on duty 24/7 with a second on call. The department provides ALS and BLS protection to the entire county and can also do pre-arranged private transports when able. Their main base is in Loogootee, w a fourth ambulance kept at the Director's home near Odon in northern Daviesss County (near the martin cnty line).
