Van Buren Township is located immediately west of IN-37 and south of IN-48 near Bloomington. This combination department's two stations protect a largely rural district including the Monroe County Airport.

Station 9

Station 9 is home to Engines 91 and 93, Rescue 9 , Squad 9, Brush 92 and Crash Rescue 99.
Station 9 built in 1973 is located at the Monroe County Airport. Additional reserve units are also kept in a secondary garage here.
