The Town of Eminence is located 25 miles WSW of Indianapolis
along IN-39 in northwest Morgan County. Organized in 1963, the 25 members of this all-volunteer department respond to 210 runs each year. AATVFD provides Fire, Rescue and BLS non-transport protection to 60 square miles including all of Adams and Ashland Townships.

Engine 111 - 1995 Ford F-750/E-One Pumper (#15056) - 1250gpm/1000gal
This former E-One demonstrator was purchased by A&A in 1996.
Squad 112 - 2002 Ford F-550/Anchor Richey Light Rescue - 300/300/25F
Equipped with medical equipment and Phoenix Rescue Tools, this apparatus runs first-due for all incidents.
Engine 113 - 1969 Ford F-850/Howe Pumper (#12885) - 400gpm/300gpm - In the late 1990's a high-pressure pump and a 1700 gallon tank were added to this rig.
Tanker 114 - 1977 Ford L/FD/? - 500gpm/4000gal
This large truck was purchased from Sugar Creek Twp in Hancock County in 1998.
Engine 116 - 1978 Dodge Power Wagon/FMC - HP/300gal
This rig previously served as the department's rescue unit, but now runs primarily as a brush truck.
Ambulance 111 - 1998 Ford E-350/1999 Marque
This rig previously served nearby Decatur Township in Indianapolis. It was purchased in 2006 and will be outfitted for BLS transport starting in 2009.
Former Tanker 114 - 1958 GMC/? 5000 gallon
This former Department of Natural Resources Tanker permanently rests in this location. The department had a need to keep a large water reservoir warm during the cold months. Their former tanker provided the easiest solution and is serves as a nurse tanker when other trucks need to be refilled.
