Madison Township Fire Department
Station 32

Madison Township is located 25 miles southwest of Indianapolis in Morgan County. Madison's two stations (Landersdale and Five Points) protect a mostly rural and farming district along IN-144. This combination department includes 27 full-time members who provide Fire, Rescue and ALS protection to nearly 38 square miles.

Station 32 was completed in 2000 on the north side of the Township, just south of the Heartland Crossing area. It is home to
MTFD Headquarters as well as Engine, Medic and Tanker 32. The station is shown with Tanker 31 visiting for training.

E-32 is first due for fire and rescue calls from Station 32. It includes a Hercules CAFS, a Husky foam system, Genesis
Extrication Tools and an ALS medical compartment in the cab. When a fire call comes in, the two-man Ambulance crew
jumps aboard the engine so that it responds with 5 personnel.
