The City of Mishawaka just east of US-31 and next door to South Bend in St. Joseph County. Mishawaka is home to Bethel College and
AM General's Hummer Plant. Started in 1904, Mishawaka provides Fire, Tactical Rescue, Hazardous Materials and ALS protection to approximately 47,000 residents. Mishawaka is a career department with 90 full-time members more than half of which are EMT's.

Mishawaka Fire Department Station 2 - North Main & East Street
Built in 1963 on the near northside, Station 2 includes a large apparatus bay with wooden beams and a wood ceiling.
It currently serves as a single Engine house with an older decommissioned truck in the second bay.

Mishawaka Fire Department Station 3 - Douglas Road & Main
Built in 1990, Station 3 protects the rapidly growing northside of Mishawaka.

Engine 3 shares quarters with Quint 3 on the city's rapidly growing northside. Located on Douglas Road just east
of Main Street, Station 3 is located right next door to what will eventually be the new St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
