Noble Township
Volunteer Fire Department

The City of Wabash is located 75 miles NNE of Indianapolis in central Wabash County. Noble Township VFD protects the rural and residential areas surrounding this city. Established in 1949, this all-volunteer department includes 26 members who respond from two stations. NTVFD provides Fire and Medical First-Responder protection to 100 square miles of Noble and Waltz Townships.

Station 1
Noble Township North Station - 4181 West 200 North (at IN-15) NTVFD Headquarters
Station 1 protects the northern portions of the township. It is home to Engine 52, Tanker 54, Brush 56 and Truck 57.

Engine is first-due for most incidents from the North Station. Delivered in August 2008, this sharp truck is the department's
first custom-cab apparatus.

Truck 57 is a catch-all support apparatus that runs on numerous incidents for NTVFD. This rig carries portable scene lighting,
an air cascade system, foam supplies and Hazmat Equipment.
 
Station 2
South Station 2 - 4181 South 150 West (at IN-15)
This firehouse protects the southside of the district. Station 2 was completely rebuilt in 2007. It is currently home to Engine 51,
Tanker 53 and Brush 55.

This excellent truck was replaced by Engine 52 in 2008. While still in great shape, the department simply needed more crew
and compartment space and replaced this truck after 20 years of faithful service. It is currently for sale by the department.
